Salford squad is on the RFL site: https://www.rugby-league.com/match-centre/match-preview/2298641Balance to be found between keeping the strongest side going and getting back into form vs managing minutes and giving minutes to players coming back. I’d go: Hodgson, McIntosh, Hanley, Niu, Towse, O’Brien, Lam, Trout, McNamara, Mulhern, Badrock, O’Neill, Liu. Subs: Dwyer, Pene, Davis, Tuitivake (or Hughes)

| Well, that was never going to be pretty or tell us anything of where we are at.
I would hope the game plan was just to play out the first 40 and wait for them to tire and hit them in the second half, though sometimes it felt too much like a "give it to Josh" match.
It was a terrible first half the ray of sunshine was Joe getting Salford's try.
Sad to see them getting so many HIA's and injuries but they all played as well as could be expected for the full match, which is more than can be said from some of ours.
Twice we watched them win a short drop-out with their very tall winger and can't count how many times we bombed on the first tackle.
Shout out to Pene who can back well and I thought Dwyer and Davies really stood and out and got through a lot of work. Lam worked hard trying to manage both sides.
