I know this question was asked on the Wigan board (i think) pre season and most picked World Cup. Is it because we are not as decorated? Or because we are only 80 mins from glory.

I'd take England winning the World Cup over Wigan winning the challenge cup. Wigan win titles fairly regularly, but when did England/GB last win a competition that the aussies were involved in? The World Cup in 1960? That would be truly special.

Lots of people have lost interest in international rugby and I don't blame them.

Most RL fans don't really care about international rugby, some even boo England players who they don't like or don't like their clubs.

Personally I think it was better when we had GB rather than England RL.

England lose to the Aussies, sometimes beat the Kiwis and always beat Wales, France, PNG etc.

A GB team (which would have players like Brough) would have a better chance of beating the Aussies.

To answer the OP's question, Hull FC to win the cup at Wembley. its a no-brainer.
